At eastganotech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your home decor purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must include all original accessories, manuals, and tags.
  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Gift cards
  • Items not returned in original condition
  1. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact Us
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Approval
We will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Include your order number and contact information.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  1. REFUNDS
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition beyond normal inspection, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted.
  1. EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item and need an exchange for the same item, contact us at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement shipment.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our standard return policy.
  1. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
